Summer of Learning Registration
Join us from June 17 – July 16 and make the most of this year’s Summer of Learning. Registration for students opens April 9.

Los Angeles Unified provides students with core academic support, opportunities to enhance their mastery of academic subjects for college readiness, and enrichment courses designed to engage and motivate students in learning through self-selected courses of interest. Our robust summer school programs will not only give students the opportunity to have structured social interactions, but access to expanded paid internship opportunities as they continue to imagine the possibilities and prepare to be Ready for the World.

The LAUSD Food Service Division (FSD) operates an extensive "Summer Community Base" meal program, serving roughly 240,000 meals daily offering breakfast and lunch to children who are 18 years of age and under in our local communities. Additionally, we support Beyond the Bell Division enrichment, and recreation programs with supper meals. For additional information, click Free Breakfast and Lunch.

The Vision of Lexington Ave. Primary Center is to prepare ALL students for college and 21st Century careers through inquiry-based learning, collaboration, and creative problem solving. 
Our Mission is to collaborate with all stakeholders, including parents, teachers and staff, to educate all students in a safe and nurturing environment through a rigorous curriculum emphasizing literacy, mathematics, science and technology.
